For most airlines flying to Malta, the maximum weight of checked-in baggage allowed per person is typically 20 kilogrammes for economy-class passengers and 30 kilogrammes for business-class travellers. Additional charges for overweight baggage may vary depending on the airline and final destination; however, all passengers are limited to a maximum checked-in luggage weight of 32 kilogrammes.
